The old way

Still quoting tables from a catalogue and a calculator?

It’s time to put the workshop online.

Customers browse a PDF, phone you with questions, you sketch, measure and price by hand – and send an offer days later, when they’ve already asked three other workshops. Goodbye paper catalogues and slow, manual quotes. Hello real-time 3D visualisation and accurate offers in seconds.

For website visitors, homeowners and architects

Visual Table Configurator.

Your whole range, live in 3D. Customers pick the shape, wood, dimensions, edge, legs and height, watch the table change in front of them – and the price with it.

Real-time 3D. Every click redraws the table. Turn it, zoom in, look under it.

Configure to the last detail. 11 tabletop shapes, 5 wood species, 3 thicknesses, 4 edge types, metal, wood or upholstered legs, any table height.

Collect offers, not phone calls. A PDF offer with reference number and QR code, plus a link that reopens the exact configuration.

Offers & orders.

Configure · price · quote · pay

The same configurator behind the counter. Your price list drives every number, and every offer records which price-list version it came from – so nothing is ever quoted twice, differently.

Offer in one click. A branded PDF with the configuration, price incl. VAT, reference number and QR code.

Your price lists. Update prices yourself; the configurator recalculates instantly. Separate lists per dealer or market.

Dealers and showrooms. Dealers quote from the same configurator; you see every offer and inquiry in one place.

Paid before the first cut. Switch on ordering and the customer finalises with a Stripe or Wise payment – the money is with you in advance. Payment-provider fees apply.

Explore the platform

Three ways to run it

Start as a toy. Grow into an ordering machine.

Same configurator, same data – you decide how far a customer can go. Switch the next mode on whenever you’re ready.

Mode 1

Showroom toy

Let visitors play. Shapes, woods, legs and sizes in 3D – no prices, no forms, no commitment. For a website that needs a reason to linger, a trade-fair stand or a showroom screen.

The customer leaves with an idea – and comes to you for the price.

Mode 2

Offer collector

Every configuration becomes a PDF offer with a reference number and a link, and the inquiry lands in your inbox. For workshops that want to confirm price and lead time by hand before anything is final.

The customer leaves with an offer. You get a lead with the exact table.

Mode 3

Ordering machine

The customer finalises the order and pays online through Stripe or Wise. You are paid in advance, before the first cut; payment-provider fees apply. For standardised ranges and workshops tired of chasing deposits.

The customer leaves with a paid order. You get the money, then the work.

Steps to your configurator

From catalogue to configurator, in three steps.

A clear path. Most workshops are live in 4 weeks – faster if the catalogue and price list are already in order.

1

Discovery

We go through your range, your price list and how you sell today – on a call, or in your workshop with the sawdust still in the air.

2

Build & setup

We model your tabletops, legs and rules, load your prices, and dress the configurator in your brand and your languages.

3

Launch & rollout

It goes on your website, your showroom screen and your dealers' laptops. Your team starts quoting from it. We keep it updated.

About us

Specialised for furniture makers.

We speak tables.

Kamiza grew out of our friend’s solid-wood table business in Slovenia. We know what a 4 cm walnut top weighs, why a live edge only works on a rectangle, and what a customer needs to see before they pay a deposit – and we built the software around that.

15+ years of software, built next to a working table workshop

Deep knowledge of how tables are made, priced and sold

Customised to your range, your rules and your brand

Fast implementation and support that answers the phone

FAQ

Questions workshops ask us.

Didn’t find yours? Ask us directly.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of your range, the pricing rules and the workflows you need. After a first conversation we send you a clear proposal.

How long until we're live?

4 weeks for a typical range – faster if your catalogue and price list are already in order.

Does it run on phones and showroom screens?

Yes. It runs in any modern browser on a phone, tablet, laptop or showroom screen. Nothing to install – you share a link or embed it on your site.

How is the price calculated?

From your own price list. The customer sees an indicative price including VAT that updates with every choice; the offer records the price-list version, so you confirm the final price and lead time with full context.

Can it use our brand and our languages?

Yes – your logo, colours and wording. Slovenian, Croatian, German and English are built in, more languages on request – and any language can be enabled or disabled, so your customers only see the ones you serve.

How do we get started?

Send us your catalogue, your price list and a short note on how you sell today. We come back with a recommended setup and a proposal.

Can customers order and pay online?

Yes. Kamiza runs in three modes: a showroom toy for playing with shapes, woods and legs in 3D, with no prices shown; an offer collector with live prices that turns every configuration into a PDF offer and an inquiry; and a full ordering machine, where the customer finalises the order with a Stripe or Wise payment and the workshop is paid in advance. Payment-provider fees apply. Start with one mode and switch the next on later.

What does Kamiza stand for?

Three things, depending on who you ask.

Kreativna miza. Slovenian for “creative table” – the shortest way to say what the configurator is for.

The seat of honour. In Japanese, kamiza (上座) is the best seat in the room: the place at the table kept for the most important guest. Every table we help sell should have one.

A bird on the motorway. Some time ago a bird flew straight into the founders’ car on the highway. It went down in company lore as the “kamikaza bird” – and kamikaza, minus a syllable, became Kamiza.
