What is the table configurator?
A web tool that lets your customers see and customise a table in real time, in 3D: shape, wood, dimensions, thickness, edge profile, legs and height – with the price updating as they go, and a PDF offer at the end.
What does it cost?
It depends on the scope of your range, the complexity of your pricing rules and the workflows you want (website only, showroom, dealers). After a first conversation we send a proposal.
How long does implementation take?
It varies with your range and how ready your catalogue and price list are, but a typical workshop can be live in 4 weeks.
How does it help my business?
Customers arrive with a finished configuration instead of a vague idea. Fewer calls about “what would it look like in walnut”, fewer misunderstandings about sizes, and an offer that already exists when the conversation starts.
Can it be customised to our range and brand?
Yes. Your shapes, woods, finishes, leg models and rules are modelled for you, and the configurator carries your logo, colours and wording.
Does it work on all devices?
Yes – it's responsive and runs in any modern browser on phones, tablets, laptops and showroom screens.
Do we need to install any software?
No. It's cloud-based. You share a link or embed it on your website; updates arrive without anyone touching a computer in the workshop.
How does it handle pricing?
Prices come from your own price list and are calculated in real time, VAT included. Price lists are versioned and dated, and every offer records the version it was calculated from.
Can we see what customers configure?
Every offer has a reference number and a link to the exact configuration. Analytics integration shows which shapes, woods and legs customers try most.
Which languages does it speak?
Slovenian, Croatian, German and English are built in, more languages on request – and any language can be enabled or disabled, so your customers only see the ones you serve.
What support do we get?
A person who knows your setup, on the phone and by email. New models, finishes and price changes are part of the service.
Can customers order and pay online?
Yes. Kamiza runs in three modes: a showroom toy for playing with shapes, woods and legs in 3D, with no prices shown; an offer collector with live prices that turns every configuration into a PDF offer and an inquiry; and a full ordering machine, where the customer finalises the order with a Stripe or Wise payment and the workshop is paid in advance, before the first cut. Payment-provider fees apply. You can start with one mode and switch the next on later – same configurator, same data.
What does Kamiza stand for?
Three things, depending on who you ask.
Kreativna miza. Slovenian for “creative table” – the shortest way to say what the configurator is for.
The seat of honour. In Japanese, kamiza (上座) is the best seat in the room: the place at the table kept for the most important guest. Every table we help sell should have one.
A bird on the motorway. Some time ago a bird flew straight into the founders’ car on the highway. It went down in company lore as the “kamikaza bird” – and kamikaza, minus a syllable, became Kamiza.
