Solution

Visual Table Configurator.

Show your whole range online, let customers configure every detail in 3D and collect finished offers – or paid orders – from your website, your showroom screen and your dealers.

The configurator with a walnut tabletop on cradle-panel wooden legs; the options panel shows the wooden leg models

Visual configuration

Configure every detail with confidence.

Six steps, in the order a joiner would ask them. Each one updates the 3D model and the price straight away.

STEP 1

Tabletop shape

Eleven shapes, from a plain rectangle to organic and chamfered tops. Customers see the outline change the moment they click.

Tabletop shape step: eleven shape icons, Modern selected, oak table on metal U-frame legs
Tabletop material step: oak, ash, walnut, frake and iroko; walnut selected with a natural finish
STEP 2

Wood species and finish

Real wood textures on the 3D model, not a colour swatch. Add the species and finishes you actually stock – the configurator shows exactly those.

STEP 3

Dimensions and thickness

Length from 90 to 300 cm, width from 80 to 130 cm, tops of 2.6, 4 or 4+4 cm. Your rules are built in: a length shorter than the width is greyed out, and 4+4 is offered only on rectangular and square tops – with a one-line explanation, so nobody has to phone and ask.

Dimensions step: length and width pills, 240 by 120 cm selected, thickness 4 cm; some lengths greyed out with the note that length must be greater than the width
Edge type step: straight, bevelled, double round and live edge profiles; bevelled selected
STEP 4

Edge profile

Straight, bevelled, double round or live edge, each drawn as a cross-section the customer understands at a glance. Live edge stays available only for rectangular and square tops.

STEP 5

Legs – metal, wood or upholstered

Eleven metal frames in RAL colours, more than a dozen wooden leg models cut from the same wood as the top, and upholstered bases. Models that don’t suit the top – a star base under a three-metre table – are greyed out and say why.

Legs step, metal tab: U, A, X, V and L frames, star base, Mikado, column, cone, hairpin and panel; V frame selected in anthracite
Legs step, wood tab: tapered, turned, plank, panel, wedge, vase, cradle, sail and sweep panels; cradle panel selected
Table height step: a stepper set to 82 cm, with a note that the standard is 77 cm and the legs adjust automatically
STEP 6

Table height

Standard 77 cm, or any height the customer needs – a bar table, a desk, a lower table for a low-ceilinged cottage. The legs adjust automatically; the price follows.

Rules engine

Rules that think like a joiner.

Every workshop has things it won’t build. The configurator knows them too: it greys out what doesn’t work, tells the customer why, and never lets an impossible table reach your inbox.

Length vs. width

A length shorter than the chosen width is unavailable – with the reason shown inline.

Live edge

Offered on rectangular and square tops only, where a natural edge actually exists.

Leg load limits

Star base up to 200 cm; column and cone up to 160 cm. Longer tops hide them.

Your own rules

Minimum order, lead times, regional limits – whatever you tell us, we build in.

Offer & share

Download the offer. Keep the link. Or order and pay.

When the table is right, the customer gets a branded PDF offer and a link that reopens exactly this configuration – on any device, weeks later, in your showroom. In ordering mode, they can pay for it on the spot.

PDF offer in one click. 3D render, full configuration, price incl. VAT, date, reference number and the price-list version it was calculated from.

Configuration link and QR code. Customers share it with a partner; your sales team scans it from the printed offer and picks up where they left off.

Inquiry to your inbox. An optional contact form – the configuration arrives attached, so the first call is already about the order.

Order and pay online. Switch on ordering and the customer finalises with a Stripe or Wise payment. The workshop is paid in advance, before the first cut; payment-provider fees apply.

How it works

Three steps for you. One for the customer.

1

Share your configurator

A link on your website, a button in your newsletter, a tablet on the showroom table.

2

Customers design in 3D

They try shapes, woods and legs with a live price – at home, at their pace, as often as they like.

3

Collect offers – or paid orders

Every offer carries a reference and a link to the exact table. You confirm price and lead time – or, in ordering mode, the customer has already paid via Stripe or Wise and the saw starts.
